TGA Rules and Regulations

Why are some of our treatment names and descriptions so vague?
TGA no longer allows cosmetic practitioners to make reference to certain terminology and products in cosmetic procedures. Specifically, in a recent release of their rules and regulations TGA have stated:

“To resolve any inconsistency in interpretation across industry areas, the TGA no longer permits references to terms such as ‘wrinkle reducing injections’ or ‘dermal fillers’ where those terms would result in a reasonable consumer understanding the intention of the content is to promote the use or supply of a prescription medicine.”
